Our team at esolutionsONE helped Tenon bring this solution to life through a 14-week MVP, where we used our ONE | Delivery methodology to guide the project and successfully deliver it on time.

  • Tenon’s biggest challenges were in finding skilled development staff and partners with expertise in constructing high-quality ServiceNow applications. With the aim to create a competitive enterprise-level application, leveraging ServiceNow's Next Experience UI framework, their ambitious timeline required developing and deploying an MVP within three months for certification at Knowledge 2023. Additionally, they sought to make the application available in the ServiceNow Store.

  • Our solution was a 14-week MVP project using our human-centered "ONE | Delivery" methodology. We formed a hybrid team of skilled React and ServiceNow developers, architects, and designers from esolutionsONE and the Tenon product team. Key components included a store-certified custom application, custom UI builder portals, and an agent workspace. We developed visually appealing web components and implemented a rapid 4-6 week plan for the first pilot client, with 6 additional eager clients lined up. By combining expertise and a structured approach, we exceeded expectations, earning ServiceNow Store certification and establishing our client as an enterprise-level leader.

  • Our client achieved a successful presentation of their solution at ServiceNow's Knowledge '23 event. As a start-up backed by ServiceNow and High Alpha, they gained significant interest from a list of eager customers for implementation.

    We played a crucial role in their success by delivering the project on time. Additionally, we facilitated a smooth transition by handing over future development responsibilities to Tenon, ensuring they receive ongoing support while we maintain our position as their primary implementation partner.
